Meet other local people who own, or are thinking of owning, a Pet Rat! Join in friendly discussions about pet rat health care, the pros and cons of responsible breeding, rat rescue, safely transporting rats and more!

This is a group for people who have rescued, fostering or adopted a puppymill rescue dog . These are special needs dogs who need our special attention. Each month we will have either a trainer or some type of expert helping those who help these special needs critters. There is a wonderful after life after the horrible life they have lived as breeders. We just need to help them adjust.

We are a group of dog enthusiasts who just want to get together with other dogs and their people in a fun environment. Some meetups will be Yappy Hours where there will be adult beverages, dog treats, and finger foods for the people. Other meetups will involve events in the area like a doggy cruise, fundraisers for charity, etc. Anyone who has a dog or loves dogs should join us!

Fancy Cats Rescue Team, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in August 1997. Fancy Cats provides a safety net for abandoned cats, those that end up at overcrowded shelters without viable options for adoption and/or or those that are otherwise unwanted. As the largest cat-centric rescue in the DC area, local shelters and other rescue groups rely on our help in emergency situations.
