looking to adopt in Long Island NY

user 4398983 Islip Terrace, NY 8th Post	Does anyone know of any rescue groups located in or near Long Island New York. Preferably small dogs !!!! I am very anxious to get a rescue dog as I previously had one and it recently passed away after 15 years.
